从个性与共性的关系中把握民族高等学校思想政治教育的实效性

Study the Relations between Individuality and Generality to Increase the Practical Results of Ideological and Political Education of Ethnic Colleges and Universities

对当代大学生的思想政治教育,应从认识和把握共性与个性关系中,正确做好三个方面的工作,才能增强民族高等学校思想政治教育的实效性:一是从个性认识入手去了解大学生的共性需要;二是从演绎共性的教学内容中去寻找个性结合点;三是争取在教学的共性方法中去实现个性的最优化。

To increase the practical results of ideological and political education for contemporary college students of ethnic higher learning institutions, we should study the relations between individuality and generality and make great efforts in the following three aspects: first, to understand college students common needs through the study of individuality; secondly, to find out the combining point of individuality through generalitydeduced teaching contents, and thirdly, to realize optimization of individuality through teaching methods of generality.
