全国成人教育正在蓬勃发展,但部分成人高校教务管理队伍仍存在地位不高、人心不稳、学历偏低、素质较差、知识结构单一、缺乏管理素养、服务意识较差、办事效率不高等问题。成人高校教务管理者素质的提高是保证教学质量的关键。

Adult education is developing vigorously in the whole country. However, some management staff of educational administration in adult higher learning institutions are low in status, academic qualifications and personal quality. With limited knowledge, they do not keep their minds on work, lack management ability, a sense of service and efficiency in work. The key to ensuring teaching quality lies in improving the quality of management staff of educational administration in adult higher learning institutions. 
