摘要
篮球技术教学内容包括基础技术和实战技术两部分。教学实践证明,要尽快提高大多数缺少直接经验和感性认识的少数民族大学生的篮球实战技术水平,在教学中应采用游戏限制法,让学生在游戏当中,掌握基础技术组合动作,把握技术运用规律,使实战中技术的运用趋于合理,从而尽快提高实战技术水平。从整体上看,此法不但不会破坏基础技术教学的整体性,而且会提高学生的积极性并形成技术正确的动力定型。
The teaching of basketball playing skill includes basic skills and match playing skills. Teaching practice shows that in order to quickly raise the level of basketball match playing skill of ethnic minority students, most of whom are short of direct experience and perceptual cognition, game restriction method should be used in teaching, which can make students master basic technical movements and rules of using techniques in matches, and be bale to apply the skills in match playing more properly. This method will not affect basic skill teaching as a whole, but can arouse students' enthusiasm and help them form dynamic stereotype with correct skills.
