通过分析供应链管理演变及有关供应链管理的基础理论,为深圳华阳显像管股份有限公司的供应链管理的优化提供理论依据.论证了深圳华阳显像管股份有限公司实施供应链管理的可行性和效用度、优化供应链管理的具体策略及全面提高企业核心竞争力的保证措施.对中国企业入世后参与国际市场竞争,在供应链管理的优化方面是一次探索与实践.
Through the analysis of the evolution of Supply Chain Management, and of the involved basic theories of Supply Chain Management, this article puts forward a theory's basis to the optimization of supply chain management of Shenzhen Huayang Kinescope Co., Ltd. This article demonstrates the feasibility and efficiency of supply chain management carried out by Shenzhen Huayang Kinescope Co., Ltd., the specific strategy of optimizing supply chain management, and assuring measures of roundly enhancing the capability of enterprises' core competition. This article is an exploration and practice of China's participating in the competition in international market, after China's entering WTO, in the field of optimization of supply chain management. Furthermore, this article establishes a foundation for building the theories system of Value Transfer System based on supply chain management. Therefore, this article possesses the important practical significance.
