A Research of the Overstocking Problem in China's Petrochemical Enterprises

库存问题,是困绕我国石化企业的棘手问题.库存积压的成因是多方面的,但根源是体制问题,只有用供应链管理的思想对石化企业物资供应体制进行彻底的改造,才能从根本上解决库存问题.

Overstocking problem has been always a thorn in the side of China's petro-chemical enterprises. Though there is many causes, it is mainly roots in the structure. Only use the theory of management of supply chain to restructure the supply system, this problem can be completely solved.
