摘要
为了保证螺旋CT的扫描定位精度、实现CT支架的旋转和扫描的同步,利用步进电机每转一个固定的角度就发出一个脉冲的原理,对该脉冲信号进行计数,以此来判断CT转过的角度。同时提出了多路传输的方案,解决了利用红外数据传输技术来传输脉冲信号的方向问题。实验结果表明,该方案很好地实现了集装箱螺旋CT的扫描同步。
The scanning motion and the rotation of the CT frame must be synchronized to guarantee accurate positioning of a spiral CT. The stepping motor which drives the CT frame rotation generates pulses that represent fixed angles. These pulses were counted to synchronize the scan with the rotation of the spiral CT. A multichannel transceiver was developed to overcome the difficulty caused by view angle limitations of the infrared emitters and detectors used to establish short distance infrared links to transfer the pulses. Experimental results show that the scheme can synchronize spriral CT scan.
