摘要
为获得汽车空调用变排量压缩机稳态和动态特性,提出了一种变排量压缩机活塞行程测量方法并研制出测量装置。该测量方法确定容易测量的轴颈插销位移作为测量参数,然后根据活塞部件几何关系推导出活塞行程与轴颈插销位移的函数关系,计算出活塞行程。使用情况证明使用该测量方法可以得出活塞行程的大小和变化情况,是一种简单、可靠、方便的活塞行程测量方式。用该测量方法对变排量压缩机性能的试验研究发现:压缩机的相对容积效率与相对活塞行程成正比;活塞行程是否变化与摇板箱压力和吸气压力差大小有关。
A method was developed to measure the piston stroke and to determine the static and dynamic characteristics of a variable displacement compressor. The piston stroke was calculated from the measured displacement of the journal pivot pin with the relation between the piston stroke and the displacement of the journal pivot pin derived from the geometrical relationships between the compressor parts. The measures, as a simple and reliable measurement method, indicate when and how the piston stroke of the variable displacement compressor changes. The test data shows that the relative volumetric efficiency is proportional to the relative piston stroke and that changes in the piston stroke can be determined by the pressure differential between the wobble plate case and the suction chamber.
