摘要 针对三鞍座卧式容器的设计和计算 ,讨论了支承面的差异对筒体轴向弯矩和支座反力分布的影响 ,提出了支承面许用水平误差的概念 ,有助于三鞍座和其他多支座卧式容器的设计、安装方式的评价和安装基础的检验。计算实例的分析表明 ,对常压、大直径和薄壁三支座卧式容器 ,支承面的差异对筒体的影响不能忽略 。 The influence of the supporting face difference on the axial bending moment of the cylinder and on the back force distribution of the support was discussed for the design and calculation of the three-saddle horizontal vessels, the concept of allowable level error of the supporting face was proposed to facilitate the design, estimation of installation form, and inspection of installation base of the three saddle vessels and multi support vessels. The calculation sample shows that the influence of the supporting face difference on the cylinder could not be neglected for common pressure vessels, big diameter vessels, and thin wall three support horizontal vessels. It was necessary to quote the allowable level error of the supporting face.
