摘要
大型混凝土筒仓的设计一般都采用普通热轧钢筋混凝土结构,通过提高混凝土强度和加大仓壁厚度来满足裂缝控制要求,但实际效果不理想。提出采用冷轧带肋钢筋代替普通热轧钢筋的设想,并结合实际工程分析比较,得出了在钢筋混凝土筒仓中可以采用冷轧带肋钢筋作为分布钢筋的结论,为高效钢筋技术的推广提供了科学依据。
The structures of hot rolled-reinforced concrete are usually used in the design of large-scale concrete silos. To meet the requirement of controlling cracks, the strength of congcrete and width of the walls of silos must be increased, But the results are not ideal. In the article, the technology of cold rolled deformed bar to replace hot rolled-reinforced isused, By analysises and comparison, combined with practice engineering, feasible conclusion is dream, providing scientific basis for the popularization of high-efficient reinforced technology.
