摘要
根据建立仿真模块的研究思路,将整个发动机排气余热取热换热器(板—板换热器)划分为多个小的换热器微元,建立微元模型,利用仿真模块连接的方法,将微元模型连接,求解整个换热器的动态模型并进行计算机仿真。给出了冷边空气出口温度随热边排气温度、排气流量的变化规律。为余热空调系统的研究奠定基础。
Based on the idea of simulation units, the dynamic model of generator waste plate heat exchanger is divided into many simulation units. Simulation units are established and connected. The dynamic characteristic of the second air flow(cooling air flow)temperature field is obtained under different conditions or disturbance such as the first air flow temperature of flow regulation. It is basic research of air conditioning driven by exhaust.
