Research on Internet dynamics

复杂性科学研究被誉为“21世纪的科学”,以研究复杂系统为使命,在国内外正引起多个学科的越来越多的关注。国内学者提出的开放的复杂巨系统理论强调分析具体复杂巨系统动力学特性的重要性。文中从复杂性科学出发,从系统动力学的角度,探讨Internet的动力学特性:系统结构、组织机制、开放性、演化性等,以及Web的冲浪规律。

Research on science of complexity, which focuses on studying of complex systems, is referred to as 'Science of 21st Century', which drawing is absorbing more and more attention from multiple disciplines, such as physics, mathematics, artificial intelligence, cybernetics and system science, inside and outside. In China, a new science named 'Open Complex Giant System' and its methodology was proposed, which gives emphasis to dynamics analysis of specific complex giant system. In this paper, Internet is our research object, which we view as an individual system. In respect of the methodology of systematic and reductionism, we discuss the dynamics of Internet: its system structure, self-organizational mechanism, open and evolutionary characteristics, and the web surfing law from the viewpoint of science of complexity and system dynamics.
