摘要
通过对克林根贝格螺旋锥齿轮切齿原理的分析,针对该种齿制的加工特点,在对刀盘上刀具切削刃通过被加工齿轮的极限位置轨迹计算的基础上,得出了刀盘与被切齿轮产生“刀盘干涉”和“二次切削”的原因,提出了合理选择刀盘半径大小的依据。
The cutting principle of klingelnberg bevel gear is analyzed in the paper. On the basis of the limit position of cutter-edge being calculated by its characteristics.It is deduced that reason of a cutter interfering with a gear. The best method is pointed out a size of the cutter selected.
