摘要
煤矿主提升系统由于井塔的振动,无法满足安全生产的要求(尤其是在启动、停车阶 段)。为了分析井塔振动的原因,找出振源,对井塔结构进行了模态分析,确定固有频率和模态振 型,进一步分析得出了煤矿主提升系统井塔振动的主要原因:主轴装置在共振区内工作。
The coal mine main hoisting system couldn t safe work with the vibration of the derrick (especially in starting or stopping) .We analyzed the derrick formation with modal analysis and definited natural frequency and modal oscillation mode in order to analyze the cause of vibration of the derrick and seek source of vibration. We got the main reason of the coal main hoisting system s derrick that the spindle equipment worked in resonance zone.
