摘要
目前的测量控制网优化设计是从精度准则矩阵出发的〔1〕随着可靠性研究的深入,人们开始将可靠性因素引入控制网优化设计中,但是所考虑的往往只是对内、外部可靠性,即多余观测分量提出规定的要求〔2〕〔3〕本文首次提出优化设计的第二个准则矩阵——可靠性准则矩阵。从精度准则矩阵和可靠性准则矩阵出发,本文利用矩阵分解技术,导出了求解一级和(或)二级设计矩阵的公式,并用一个实例验证了这种优化设计方法的正确性。最后讨论了应用前景和需要解决的问题。

Up to now the well known optimization and design of geodetic networks are based
on accuracy criterion matrix[1] Since the increased study of reliability the reliability
parameters have been introduced into the optimization design of geodetic networks But
in most cases only the internal and external reliability (i e the redundancy number)are
considered[2, 3]
In this paper a new criterion matrix-reliability criterion matrix is suggested by au-
thor Starting from both of accuracy and rehability criterion matrices the mathematical
formulae for the determination of the first and second order design matrices are derived
by using matrix decomposition techniques The correctness of the suggested optimization
method is proved with a numerical example Additionally the applicability and the pro-
blems to be solved are brifely discussed
