摘要
采用72只6周龄京白雏鸡,随机分 A、B、C、D、E、F 六组,每组12只,公母各半。A组喂玉米-豆饼型基础日粮(含锌21.5ppm,含钙0.95%),其余各组分别补加1%钙、2%钙、27.5ppm 锌、27.5ppmp 锌+1% 钙、27.5ppm 锌+2% 钙,试期30天。试验结束,用原子吸收光度计测定了全血、羽毛、胫骨、肝、肾等组织中的钙、锌、铁、铜、锰等元素含量。结果表明,B、C、E、F 各试组鸡组织中锌含量明显低于 D、人组,全血和肝 Cu/zn 比值明显升高,羽毛中铁、铜、锰和骨中铜明显升高,而肾中铜和锰明显降低.体增重 D 组效果显著,饲料报酬高,其余各试组随日粮中钙含量的增加体增重缓慢。
Seventy—two chicks t 6 weeks were random divided into six groups: A,B,C,D,E and F group,12 chicks in each group(the ratio of male and female was 1:1 the group A was fed cornsoyhean meal basal diet(21.5ppm Zn and 0.95%Ca),B,C,D,E and F groups were fed the basal diet adding 1% Ca,2% Ca,27.5ppm Zn, 27.5ppm Zn+1% Ca,and 27.5ppm Zn+2% Ca,respectively.After the feeding 30 days,the concentrations of Ca,Zn,Fe ,Cu and Mn in blood,feather,tibia,liver and kidney were measured by atomic absorption spectropho- tometer.The results of this study showed that zinc contents in all tissues of group B,C,E and F were significantly lower,and Cu/Zn ratio in blood as liver,the contents of Fe,Cu and Mn in feather and Cu content in tibia were obvious higher,the concentrations of Cu and Mn in kidney were obvious lower as compared with D and A groups.
