摘要
以聚乳酸类生物降解高分子为基体、以无机钙质成分(羟基磷灰石、磷酸钙、珊瑚、珍珠层等)为增强材料的聚乳酸类复合材料,具有良好的生物相容性,在骨修复领域有重要的应用。本文介绍了其研究近况,指出使用新型的复合工艺、采用纳米增强材料和开发新型增强材料是聚乳酸类复合材料的发展趋势。
Polylactic acids(PLAs)composites was obtained by using PLAs as matrix and reinforced by inorganic calcium components,such as hydroxylapatite(HA) ,calcium phosphate,coral and nacre,and the composites have good biocompati-bility and important applications in the field of bone repair. In this paper, the recent research progress on them is reviewed. It is pointed out that the researches on the using of novel preparation technology, nanometer or novel reinforcements are development directions for PLAs composites.
