摘要
采用模块化设计思想 ,设计并实现了一个带Profibus-DP接口的智能变频器。该变频器中采用新型专用通信接口芯片SPC4 ,构成Profibus-DP总线中的一个智能从站 ,使用Intel公司专门为三相交流电机控制开发的 80C196MC单片机作为变频部分的控制核心 ,使用智能功率模块PM10 0CSA12 0作为逆变器 。
By using modular design concept an intelligent frequency converter with Profibus-DP interface is design and implemented.In this converter,a new communication interface chip,i.e.,SPC4,is used.It is formed as a slave station on Profibus-DP bus.The control kernel of the frequency converting part is the single chip computer 80C196MC that was specifically developed by Intel for 3-phase AC motors.The intelligent power module PM100CSA120 is used as inverter.The schematic of main circuit and flowchart of software are given.
