Implementing Control Strategy for Compound Unit of Catalytic Agent of HDPE Plant By Using CL/HPM Language

介绍HDPE装置催化剂配制单元的工艺流程、控制步骤和要求 ,研究制定了相应的控制策略。在TPS - 30 0 0HPM型DCS基础上 ,利用CL/HPM语言设计了催化剂配制单元的控制程序。

The technique process of compounding unit of catalytic agent of HDPE plant, control procedures and requirements are introduced. Relevant control strategy is studied and made. On the basis of TPS-3000 HPM distributed control system and by using CL/HPM language, the control program for compound unit of catalytic agent is designed. Main variable table and flowchart of compound program are given accordingly.
