常四线油作为减压塔回流增产柴油技术改造

摘要 石油二厂南蒸馏常减压装置常四线油中有近 12 %、35 0℃前的柴油馏分是非常可贵的柴油组份 ,作为催化原料是一种很大的资源浪费。我们对装置进行技术改造 ,将常四线油与减二中合并打入减压塔做中段循环回流。 No.4 normal line in the Normal and Vacuum Workshop of South Distilling of No.2 Petroleum Plant, which had about 12 % and before 350 ℃ diesel fraction was very expensive diesel fraction and very waste as catalytic raw materials. In order to improve the economic benefits of work, technological remoulding was done No.4 normal line and No.2 vacuum middle add to Vacuum tower as the middle recycle flow back. According to the practical operation, this certified that the technology reform was successful and the economic benefits was very obvious.
