摘要
对商品化注射模模拟软件C-MOLD和Moldflow-Insight的充填过程理论进行了详尽的描述,将两种常见几何结构的制品用这两种CAE软件进行了充填模拟,并将模拟结果与实验值进行了定量的对比。结果表明,对于实验中出现的滞流和短射现象,软件都能很好地预测出来,基本能正确地反映真实的充填过程,从而验证了CAE软件分析的可靠性与准确性。
The theory of the filling process for the commercial CAE software of C-MOLD and Moldflow-Insight was narrated. Compared with experience, two kinds of parts having common structure were used to validate the reliability and veracity of CAE softwares. As the result, CAE softwares can predict the hesitation and short shot phenomona. And it can actually reflect the filling process. So CAE softwares have the significant affect on the part design.
