从原材料的选用,不同助剂的性能及在配方中的作用,以及配混过程中各组分的用量几个方面介绍PVC自由发泡板的配方设计,并介绍了PVC自由发泡板的生产工艺流程及挤出过程中温度、速度等影响板材质量的几个重要参数的设置;分析了生产中几种常见的问题并提出了相应的解决办法。研制出了合格的PVC自由发泡板,该板材具有优良的性能,可代替木材用于许多行业。

The prescription design of the PVC free foaming panel is introduced in the choice of raw materials, the properties of various aids and their functions as well as the contents of the components. The design of the production process flow for PVC free foaming panel and several parameters (temperature, speed) effecting on the panel quality in extrusion is also introduced. Some common problems in the production are analyzed and the coresponding solution is put forward.
