改性醋酸乙烯酯乳液的合成及其外墙涂料性能研究

合成叔碳酸乙烯酯(VeoVa10)改性醋酸乙烯酯乳液,着重研究保护胶用量、乳化剂用量、VeoVa10用量对乳液涂膜耐水性的影响。研究结果表明,在保护胶含量为0.2%,乳化剂含量为3%,VeoVa10含量为15%左右时,乳液具有水解稳定性、耐水性好及成本低的优点。以叔醋乳液为基料配制的外墙乳胶涂料性能优良。

The mechanism of impermeability,crack-resistance and water -reducing is verified in this paper.The vinyl acetate latex modified with VeoVa10was synthesized.The effects of the contents of protective colloid emulsifier and VeoVa10on water-resistance was investigated.The result showed that the latex with good hydrolytic stability,wa-ter-resistance and low cost was obtained with0.2%of protective colloid,3%of emulsifier and15%VeoVa10.The wa-terborne exterior wall coatings made of VeoVa10-Vinyl Acetate latex has excellent properties.
