聚合物砂浆/发泡聚苯复合板界面结合性能的研究

在砂浆中掺加高分子聚合物,以提高砂浆与发泡聚苯板的界面结合性能。探讨了掺加不同聚合物及不同掺量时,对复合板性能的影响;通过SEM观察了砂浆与发泡聚苯板结合界面的微观形貌,因此,聚合物砂浆与发泡聚苯板界面间形成了具有缓冲作用的柔性界面层,从而提高了界面结合强度。

Mixing the polymer into mortar can improve the interface bonding performance between mortar and foamed polystyrene block.This paper showed the influence of different polymer and various contents blends on the prop-erties of composite block.The microstructure of the interface between the polymer-mortar and the foamed polystyrene was observed by SEM.This pliable interface has a buffering effect which can improve the interface bonding strength.
