摘要
以生明矾、硫铝酸盐水泥熟料、天然二水石膏作为膨胀组分,粉煤灰作为增密组分,有机组分YJ作为有机减水憎水阻孔组分,进行优化复合,成功地研制了高性能阻裂抗渗外加剂。同时进行了水泥砂浆和混凝土性能实验,分析了膨胀组分、增密组分和有机减水阻孔组分对材料阻裂抗渗性能的影响,并探明了该外加剂的抗渗阻裂机理。
A kind of high performance impermeable and crack-resistant admixture HICRCA was prepared.It is mainly composed of raw alunite,sulphoaluminate cement clinker,crude CaSO 4 ·2H 2 O as expanding agent;compo-nents of densifing agent mainly contains FA and organic hydrophobic poreblocking material YJ.Meanwhile,the properties testing for mortar and concrete is carried out,and the influence of each compoment on the imperme-able and crack-resistant performance of these materials are analyzed.
