摘要
本文主要介绍了一种新开发的挡光式光纤压力报警器和它的工作原理。作者利用已研制出的传感器和网络技术开发出一体化、分布式油田联合站生产过程控制系统和安全监控系统,解决了原油生产、储存和输送过程中容器和管道压力的检测报警问题。使用了这套系统后生产过程中压力报警的误差小于2.5%。
The developed shutter—based pressure fiber optic sensors and its alarming principle are discussed. A distributed integrated producing process monitor and control system is developed with the pressure sensors and network technology for the Oil Field United Station, which can monitor the liquid level, pressure and fluid flux in the containers and tubes. The data can be transmitted to a remote base for further management. The monitoring error of pressure is no more than 2.5%.
