摘要
本文介绍了模糊多层次综合评判原理，并应用这些原理建立了评价专题地图编绘质量的数学模型。用这种模型评价《湖北省国土经济地图集》中的地图编绘质量的结果与地图专家们的评价结果完全一致。作者指出这种模型还可应用到普通地图编绘质量和地图资料的评价。利用这种模型来评价地图，可使地图评价和分析的过程定量化，标准化。

This paper describes the principles of Fuzzy Mathematical Multi layer Symthatic Evaluating and based on this a mathematical model used in evaluating the compilation quality of thematic mapping is established As an example the model is used in the evaluation of map in the 'Atlas of Land and Economyof Hubai Province' and the result is well coincident with that made in evaluation method by cartographic experts The author points out that this model can also be used in the evaluation of general map compilation and mapping material and by using of this model the mapping evaluation and analysis can be quantified and standardized
