生物卤化反应的新领域

New Fields of Biological Halogenation

摘要 介绍了卤化物在生物系统的应用,综述了目前已探明的卤化反应及一些用于卤化反应中的生物催化酶。指出生物基因技术应用于卤化反应酶的生产中,能够产生一系列更有价值的卤化衍生物。生物卤化合成具有广阔的应用前景。 The application of halogen compounds in biological system is introduced. The halogenation and some biogenating enzymes used in halogenation known at present are reviewed. It is pointed out that, biogenetic technology used in production of halogenating enzymes can produce a series of halogen derivatives of much more additive values. The synthesis of halogen compounds by biological method has a broad prospect of application. 
