为了认真贯彻好《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》(以下简称《纲要》),必须进一步认清高校传统体育教学存在的问题及其根源,同时认真理解《纲要》制定的理论依据,并积极采取有效措施贯彻实施。

In order to carry out The Essentials of PE Teaching Guidelines to Colleges and Universities ( The Essentials for short) ,we shall have a clear idea of the theoretical foundation of The Essentials as well as the problems existing in traditional PE teaching and their whys and wherefores, and then take effective measures to execute instructions of The Essentials.
