摘要
采用三室法以氯化钠溶液为对象,对利用双极膜水解离制备酸碱的有关材料进行优化.结果表明,Tokuyama(德山曹达)生产的BP-1型双极膜具有较低的水解离电压.山东省海洋化工科学研究院生产的均相膜性能优越,且利用钌钛网作阳极,具有明显的优越性.
Optimization of materials for making acid and base by water splitting in three-compartment with bipolar membrane is studied.The results show that the BP-1 membrane produced by Tokuyama company (Japan) has lower voltage for water splitting.The homogeneous cation membrane and anion membrane made by Shandong Ocean Chemical Industry Scientific Research Institute has a good perpormance.The advantage of anode of ruthenium combined with titanium is obvious.
