摘要
按L25(56)正交试验设计制备魔芋葡甘聚糖膜,并分别研究了试验因素与水平同膜面微观形貌———SEM图像的灰度水平变化方差和Harsdorff分形维数的关系.极差分析表明:各试验因素对膜面SEM图像灰度水平变化方差及分形维数的影响程度及作用趋势均不相同.方差分析表明:各因素对膜面灰度水平变化的影响均不显著(F<F0.05);魔芋葡甘聚糖浓度因素对膜面分形维数的影响达显著性差异水平(F>F0.05),其余因素的影响均不显著(F<F0.05).
Konjac glucomannan (KGM) membranes were prepared according to an L25(56) orthogonal test plan.The relationship between conditions and two values of variance of gray level change and fractal dimension (PD) of SEM image of the membranes magnified 1 000 times was investigated.The two values were used to quantify the micromorphogolical features of the membranes.Range analysis showed that the tendency and degree of different factors and levels affecting the two values was different.ANOVA showed that all factors did not have a significant effect on the variance(F<F0.05),and every factor,except KGM's concentration(F>F0.05),did not affect the FD to a significant degree (F<F0.05).
