针对水运工程监理工作当前存在的主要问题,对加强监理单位资质管理、严格控制监理业务范围,加大监理工作力度,适当增加监理费用、加强监理队伍自身建设方面提出了改进措施和对策。

In view of main problems with water transport engineering supervision, the improvement procedures and countermeasures to enforce the qualification control of supervision unit, strictly control the supervision business scope, beef up the supervision efforts, adequately increase the supervision cost and strengthen the supervision team are proposed.
