The paper ascribes the reason of the slowness of sustainable development to the crisis of the culture, and presents that the limitations of industry culture lead to the crisis that human being is facing now. So the requirement of sustainable development is to build the ecological culture.In additions,the transcendence character of human is the possibility of realization of ecological culture.
