通过对不同阶段我国制度因素、产业发展进程、城市化进程、规划理念发展的分析,剖析城市土地利用演进与驱动因素发展的阶段性关系,明晰了多样化因素对城市土地利用演进的驱动机制,为城市土地利用研究奠定基础。

Urban land use change are forced by lots of factors.Through analysing development of economy and land use system,industrialization,urbanization and urban planning process,make clear the relationship between urban land use change and the above factors.Then clarify the forcing mechanism made by those factors.
