The paper gives some important concepts briefly,inclutling knowledge management (KM) ,core competence and related diversification strategies corporation(RDSC), and pointing that knowledge spread is the key resources of creating value for RDSC. According to the four standards, including valuable,rare,difficult imitation ,incapable substitute which determine the core competence resources of RDSC,we discuss KM is accord to those standards.In the end,we,draw the conclusion that KM is the core competence of RDSC.1
