摘要
随着中国经济持续快速发展和发电量的不断提高,原有电力系统的体制已不再适应我国电力行业的发展,基于国家"厂网分离,竞价上网"改革方案的提出,从供应链管理的角度对我国电力改革,以及"厂网分离"后电网公司的职能、作用和面临的挑战进行分析。
In view of supply chain management,this paper gives a logical thinking to Chinese electric power reform as well as to the function and challenge of the electric power transmission net company after the reform.
