高职院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的探索

Probing into the Construction of Teacher Group in Higher Vocational Education College

高职院校建设“双师型”教师队伍的有效途径是:走产学研结合之路,结合当地农业产业化和农业现代化的实施,在积极参加科技服务与开发的同时,分期分批将中青年骨干教师送到生产一线去锻炼;结合学校的重点专业建设培养学科带头人;积极引进生产一线技术人才,改善教师队伍的群体结构。

The paper presents effective methods of the construction of teacher group. Colleges should corabine production, teaching and scientific research. They should integrate the implementing of agricultural industrial-ization and agricultural modernization of their place and send young backbone teachers to take part in pro-ducing by stages and in groups while attending science and technology service and development actively. Ac-cording to the construction of important subjects, they should foster subject bellwethers. And in order to im-prove the colony structure of teacher group, they should introduce technical talents from the producing.
