Performance Test of Primary Demineralizer of Boiler Make-up Water System

按《水处理设备性能试验》要求,对襄樊发电有限责任公司锅炉补给水一级除盐系统进行了性能试验,发现再生时阳床进水门关不严是导致一次再生不合格的主要原因;1号系列除碳器效率低,导致该系列再生用碱量增加。根据试验结果调整了再生参数,再生比耗大幅降低,取得了很好的经济效益。

Performance test of boiler maker-up water system was carried out in the Xiangfan power plant. Regeneration failure was mainly caused by the inlet valves of cation bed having some leakage. The lower efficiency of phase Ⅰde-carbon-dioxide resulted in the more alkali was used during the regeneration .The regeneration's parameter was adjusted by the results of the performance test. The regenerative ratio was sharply reduced, and a good economic benefit was achieved.
