摘要
武汉钢电股份有限公司1号锅炉自投产以来,一直存在高温过热器管壁超温问题,甚至因此还发生过高温过热器管爆裂停炉事故,针对高温过热器等设备存在的问题,从运行管理和设备利用方面加以分析探讨,从中找出对策。
Overheating in the wall of HT super-heater tube of No.1 boiler of Electricity Company of Wuhan Iron & Steel Corporation had been existing since its commission,which even caused the tube of HT super-heater explosion. In the light of this problem, discussion on the management and operation was made and the countermeasure was worked out.
