摘要
采用 3DSMAX软件的表达式控制器 ,可在齿轮机构工作动画中通过定义特殊变量获取主动齿轮绕坐标轴的准确旋转值 ,并利用该变量与齿轮机构的传动比生成从动齿轮的对应旋转值 ,使主、从动齿轮的旋转角度符合正确啮合运动的规律 ,从而实现精确控制齿轮机构的啮合运动。该方法操作简单、控制准确 ,可明显提高齿轮机构啮合运动场景动画的演示效果。
In gear cartoon simulation, adopting the expression controller of 3DS MAX software, the rotation angle of the driving gear around the coordinate axis can be set by defining a specific variable. And together with the transmission ratio ,the corresponding rotation angle of the driven gear can be obtained. Therefor, the mesh movement of gears can be controlled accurately.
