摘要
针对 1 #高炉喷煤比受风温水平及富氧率制约的问题 ,济钢第一炼铁厂进行了大喷煤试验 ,采取大喷煤比 1 40kg/t ,通过加强原燃料的筛分、增大鼓风动能、提高富氧率、提高炉缸热容等 ,使入炉焦比降低 2 5kg/t ,保证了炉况稳定 ,实现了高炉高产、低耗。
Because the injecting coal rate of No.1 BF in No.1 iron-making plant of Jigang is restricted by wind temperature and oxygen-enriched rate, the experiment of grea tly injecting coal rate which greatly injecting coal rate is 140kg/t is done. By means of strengthe ning screening of fuel and increasing blasting capacity, oxygen-enriched rate and hot capacity of bath , etc, the coke ratio into BF is decreased by 25kg/t and the BF operation is smooth.
