For ensuring the project quality and the construction schedule the management in vention model, included founding production preparation organization with high efficienc y and involving the fixing and adjusting of equipments etc, were established in the project cons truction of No.3 750m 3 BF in the iron-making plant of Laigang. Through meticulous design and construction the construction schedule only was 240 days, BF has achieved fu ll productivity after 5 days of blow up, and also has achieved 7 days continuously injecting coa l powder and the aim of non-stop flowing at the period of attaining full productivity.
