摘要 为保证工期和工程质量 ,莱钢炼铁厂在 3#750m3 高炉工程中采用成立精干、高效的生产准备组织机构 ,参与设备安装调试等早介入、早参与的管理创新模式以及打破常规、改进烘炉工艺的技术创新手段 ,经过系统筹划 ,精心组织 ,工期仅为 2 4 0天 ,开炉后 5天即达产 ,实现了 For ensuring the project quality and the construction schedule the management in vention model, included founding production preparation organization with high efficienc y and involving the fixing and adjusting of equipments etc, were established in the project cons truction of No.3 750m 3 BF in the iron-making plant of Laigang. Through meticulous design and construction the construction schedule only was 240 days, BF has achieved fu ll productivity after 5 days of blow up, and also has achieved 7 days continuously injecting coa l powder and the aim of non-stop flowing at the period of attaining full productivity.
