摘要
针对鼓风机改造后造成电动机过载运行这一问题 ,采取更新定子绕组及绝缘材料的改造方案 ,将原 1 0 0 0kW电动机扩容为 1 2 0 0kW ,确保了电动机安全、稳定。
Pointing to the overload operation problem of electric motor which is caused by reformation of blasting fan, the reformation is done by means of expanding capac ity of electric motor from 1000kW to 1200kW and renewing of stator windings and insulating materials. It can ensure the electric motor operation in safe, steady and efficient condition.
