河北西柏坡发电有限责任公司#4锅炉投产后一直存在后下一次风管易堵管、前后墙炉膛温度偏差大、锅炉燃烧经济性未达到最优以及锅炉低负荷稳燃能力差等问题,2001年大修时解决了以上问题,为电厂的安全、经济运行打下了良好的基础。

After being put into operation, Boiler 4 of Xibaipo Power Generation Liability Co.Ltd constantly has the occurrence of problems, such as: easy blockage of primary air duct at its rear and lower side, large deviation of temperature between rear and front furnace wall, and the combustion economy has not reach optimum and the ability of stable combustion at low load is inferior and etc.These problems are solved after overhaul in 2001, which set a good foundation for safety and economic operation of the power plant.
