摘要 提出了一种新的、不局限于三坐标测量机的虚拟量仪新概念,分析了其类型、特点、构成、几何模型,指出虚拟基准是实现虚拟量仪的决定要素,虚拟基准的构建可以借鉴误差分离技术,通过寻求高效柔性可重组的、基于产品设计要求的虚拟基准或基于被测对象物理实体的虚拟基准,可以实现几何量、形状误差或运动误差的柔性测量。 A novel virtual gauge concept is presented, which is not only based on coordinate measuring machine (CMM) but also on the common NC machine. By means of the analysis of categories, characteristics, structure and geometrical model for virtual gauge, it is pointed out that virtual datum is a decisive factor in implementing a virtual gauge. Furthermore, error separation techniques (EST) can be used to construct virtual datum. According to the highly effective, flexible and reconfigurable virtual datum suitable for the designed demand, or the virtual datum on the measured physical entity, the flexible measurement of geometric dimension, form error and error motion can be carried out effectively.
