摘要
水分测定电子天平能够解决烘干失重法水分测量时间长、操作烦琐、样品在冷却过程中吸收空气中水分造成附加误差等问题,具有广阔的应用前景。文中研究了一种快速烘干水分测定电子天平,探讨了远红外辐射加热方法、温漂与时漂对水分测定电子天平影响等几个关键问题,提出了加速试样失水方法和抑制水分测定电子天平温漂与时漂的硬、软件设计方法,实际应用验证了方法的正确性。
The traditional methods to determine the moisture content are diverse and complicated. And because the sample absorbs water in the air, the cooling procedure often leads to additional errors. Moisture balance can solve these problems. A new infrared moisture balance based on the highspeed loss on drying method is proposed, and several key problems are discussed such as farinfrared heating method, temperature drifts, timevarying drifts, etc. A method to speed up the loss on drying procedure and a series of ways to compensate the drifts are presented. Practical application shows that the methods are feasible.
