纤维典型拉伸曲线及指标计算中的基本问题 被引量:9

摘要 纤维拉伸仪器的数字化使曲线的采集、特征分析以及各曲线的直接合成成为可能.对单纤维拉伸曲线的特征参数、正确组合、合成曲线特征值作了表征;并与传统曲线分析中先取特征值、再行平均的计算结果作了比较,指出了曲线合成的重要性及其意义.该理论和算法同样有助于其他曲线的特征提取与组合分析. The digitalization of a singlefibre tensile tester makes the sampling,the characterisation and the superposition of tensile curves probable.The methods to calculate the characteristic paramenters and to synthesize into a stressstrain curve together from singlefibres tensile curves have been developed.The results of the average tensile properties calculated from the singlefibre and the synthesized stressstrain curve have been compared and discussed.It indicates the significance to characterize the fibre tensile behaviour by means of the superposed stressstrain curve.The principle and algorithms can also be applied to analyzing the other kinds of curves.
