摘要
纤维拉伸仪器的数字化使曲线的采集、特征分析以及各曲线的直接合成成为可能.对单纤维拉伸曲线的特征参数、正确组合、合成曲线特征值作了表征;并与传统曲线分析中先取特征值、再行平均的计算结果作了比较,指出了曲线合成的重要性及其意义.该理论和算法同样有助于其他曲线的特征提取与组合分析.
The digitalization of a singlefibre tensile tester makes the sampling,the characterisation and the superposition of tensile curves probable.The methods to calculate the characteristic paramenters and to synthesize into a stressstrain curve together from singlefibres tensile curves have been developed.The results of the average tensile properties calculated from the singlefibre and the synthesized stressstrain curve have been compared and discussed.It indicates the significance to characterize the fibre tensile behaviour by means of the superposed stressstrain curve.The principle and algorithms can also be applied to analyzing the other kinds of curves.
