To develop distinctive local economy in China western regions has a far reaching impact on China's market economy development ,industrial structure adjustment and economy globalization which are the strategic choices of China.On their way to develop distinctive local economy, western regions should have their eyes on the guidelines which are directed by the market demands, based on their own advantages, stressed on Green Industries and products deep processing, driven by scientific technology and aimed to a sustained economic development.
