摘要
企业信用是企业文化的一个重要特征,企业信用文化建设是企业文化建设的重要内容。在市场经济条件下,企业信用文化建设应树立求"真"的理念,关注信用的价值,重视信用意识的培育,把诚信这一价值观作为企业共享的伦理道德规范,培养企业内部诚信。
The enterprise credit is a important characteristic of enterprise culture. So enterprise credit culture construction is a important content of enterprise culture construction. In market economy, enterprise credit culture construction should do as follows: to establish a concept of seeking 'truth'; to play close attention to the value of credit and attach importance to cultivation of credit consciousness; to use honest and credit as a sharing morality norm in enterprise; tocultivate the internal honest and credit in the enterprise.
