The Economic and Legal Thought about the Price Competition

价格竞争是一把双刃剑。价格竞争既有合理合法性,又有悖理违法性。合理合法的降价促销行为应当允许,悖理违法的低价倾销行为必须坚决禁止。判定价格的基础应以企业的个别成本和市场的供求关系为依据。目前,导致企业恶性价格竞争的深层原因是盲目与重复建设所导致的供求失衡。为了使企业摆脱价格恶性竞争的困境,实现降低成本、增强竞争力,必须走技术创新和投资结构调整之路。

Price competition is a double-edged sword.The positive side is that it is conformity with the economic principle.The negative side is that it corrupts the economic order.In order to sell goods,legal and reasonable selling behaviour is allowed and illegal and unreasonable dump behaviour should be banned.The judgement of the prices is based on the individual cost and the marketing demands.The main reason of the galloping competition the unbalance between supply and demand,which led by blindly and repeatedly development.In order to break away from the difficult situation,caused by the galloping competition,and to fulfil the lower cost and to strengthen competitive power,we should steel ourselves to travel the road,which directed by technological innovation and investment adjustment.
