摘要 曙光油田馆陶组超稠油油藏,由于底水上窜,致使东边部的油井第一轮注汽便高含水,严重影响了油井的正常生产。直接采用普通油井水泥浆进行封堵,效果不理想;采用常规有机类堵剂及特种耐高温堵剂,因其耐温性差、成本高,难以大面积推广应用。通过在油井水泥中加入缓凝、降滤失、消泡等添加剂后改变了水泥浆的流变性,不仅使现场施工安全可靠,而且可加大水泥浆用量,从而增大封堵半径,提高措施效果。 High water cut occurred in the first cycle of steam stimulation in the east edge of Guantao super- heavy oil block in Shuguang oilfield due to water channeling upward, which affected normal well production. Plugging effect of general cement slurry was not satisfactory ; and conventional organic plugging agent and special high temperature resistant plugging agent have poor temperature resistant performance and high costs, therefore are not widespread used. The rheological characteristics of cement slurry have been changed after adding retardant, fluid loss additive, and antifoamer, etc. When applying these additives, field operations are sate and sound, and the volume of cement slurry can increase, thus increasing blocking radius and improving efficacy.
